AF Panel v3 – My complete Photoshop workflow in one panel
AF Panel v3 combines Actions, Luminosity Masks, light shaping and portrait retouching in one clear workflow. Even complex layer setups are controlled directly with sliders inside the panel. In a normal edit, the only tool you still need is the brush to paint the result exactly where you want it.
Four complete workflow pages
- Actions: image preparation, generative retouching, high-resolution expansion, interactive prompt library, vignette and sharpening.
- Masks: Lights, Mids and Darks in six levels, colour limiting, Mask Lab and a red live preview.
- Light & Shadow: Dodge & Burn, freely positioned light sources, glow, light rays, visible light beams, highlights and depth-aware fog.
- Portrait: classic skin retouching, Photoshop AI, intelligent masks, Skin Texture, make-up, Colour and Mood.
Work directly inside the panel
The panel creates layers, groups, masks and blend modes automatically. One slider can control several related adjustment layers at the same time and in a balanced ratio. You can leave the generated folders closed in the Layers panel.

System requirements
Adobe Photoshop 2026, version 27.3 or newer. Internet access and Adobe generative credits are only required for Photoshop’s generative AI features. Photoshop 2025 and earlier are not supported; continue using AF-v2 with those versions.
Existing AF-v2 customers receive the upgrade to AF Panel v3 for free.
